Business and Markeing Confrence in Dallas, again with go workers
Two days in Dallas BEFORE the explosion that rocked Industrial Blvd. WOW, glad we missed that.
Got some great ideas for Algebra using the computer.
Working on Desktop Publishing Course
Started this July 26, 2007. The first thing we did was create a logo. Here is mine. I thing of my self as a life long learner, which makes me (I hope) a better teacher and mentor to my peers. By the way, you can do this to at a great web site called the Offical Seal Generator
Creating Materials for MOODLE, WIKI and First Class teacher training
Algebra 1 course is developing nicely, Intro to Business is good to go, training for other educators in the
district is always growing and I am excited about sharing what can be done with Wiki's. New teachers
will learn how to set up their web pages and their email profiles in the First Class training
I will continue to post the link that I use as part of my Tech Ap training and anything else I find that
relates to business and math. So check often to see what it now. Be sure and check the Digital Diva link to
my friend Kim's delicious site she has so great education links for all sujbects
Getting ready to teach Algeba 1 ( yes, I am excited because Algebra rocks!)
Algrebra can be fun believe it or not. That is my goal for this year, to bring new and exciting ways to learn algebra skills to the classroom. If you have ideas or something that you would like to see, please post to the discussion.
We will take a "ditial" and hands on approach this year and see what happens. Remember we are all life long learners
and this is just a new process for us to learn.
